Isterling

‘There is no confetti in the comfort zone’ describes how much Annika loves to bring her students out of autopilot into consciousness and encourage them to celebrate life - even if it means leaving the familiar path.


In her meditation and yoga classes you will find courage, strength and inspiration to live your life with more connection and joy. Annika has been a yoga and meditation teacher for over twenty years. As a mother of two teenagers and a self-employed entrepreneur, she knows the challenges of life.
She loves to connect mental and emotional issues with the physical level to facilitate lasting change and positive realisations.

In addition to her own online studio ‘The Deep Connection’, she has written several yoga books.

Carolin
KÖRNER

After a Bachelor's and Master's degree and a career in HR management, Carolin realised how far she had distanced herself from herself and how her mental health was suffering. The first yoga teacher training course changed her perspective and gave her the courage to give up her job and become a self-employed yoga teacher. She believes that true wellbeing comes from connecting with our body, mind and emotions - being EMBODIED. In her retreats she uses tools such as yoga, embodiment practices, breath work and meditation to enter into this deeper connection and regulate the nervous system.

Her focus is on experiencing and sharing the impact of these practices on the mind and emotional wellbeing to promote greater contentment and joy in life.
