Enjoy daily yoga sessions and delicious, healthy meals made from fresh, regional ingredients - vegan or vegetarian on request. Your package also includes a bioelectrical impedance analysis, a regenerating red light treatment and a relaxing massage.
Carolin
KÖRNER
After a Bachelor's and Master's degree and a career in HR management, Carolin realised how far she had distanced herself from herself and how her mental health was suffering. The first yoga teacher training course changed her perspective and gave her the courage to give up her job and become a self-employed yoga teacher. She believes that true wellbeing comes from connecting with our body, mind and emotions - being EMBODIED. In her retreats she uses tools such as yoga, embodiment practices, breath work and meditation to enter into this deeper connection and regulate the nervous system.
Her focus is on experiencing and sharing the impact of these practices on the mind and emotional wellbeing to promote greater contentment and joy in life.
