Apartment
What apartment sizes and facilities does THE FLAG Oskar M. offer?
We offer various studio categories ranging from approx. 42 m² to 56 m² – ideal for long-stay guests, business travellers or anyone seeking a modern home away from home. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, high-quality furnishings, air conditioning, a private Wi-Fi router, smart TV and a private loggia.
Are there apartments with a balcony or a view?
Yes – every apartment includes a private loggia. Views vary depending on the category, ranging from courtyard views to impressive views of the Main river or the skyline.
Are accessible apartments available?
Fully accessible apartments are not available. However, all studios are barrier-reduced with no steps except for the loggia threshold.
Is regular cleaning included?
Yes – every 3 days for short stays and every 7 days for long stays from 30 nights onwards.
What technical equipment is provided (Wi-Fi, smart TV etc.)?
All apartments offer fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up) with a private router and a smart TV.

How can I book an apartment?

What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and range from 2 weeks before arrival to 18:00 on the day of arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes – on request and subject to availability. A fee of €10 per hour applies.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in the standard categories (20 € per night).
Pets are not permitted in the Executive categories.
Services & Facilities
Is breakfast available?
Yes – at our restaurant partner Longobardi’s (19 € per person).
Are there fitness or common areas?
No, but the Main river is right outside the building – ideal for jogging.
How often is cleaning carried out?
Every 3 days, or every 7 days for long-stay guests from 30 nights.
Is there a lounge or communal space?
Unfortunately not. However, you are welcome to sit in the restaurant during opening hours or outdoors on the terrace.
Costs & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted.
Is the Wi-Fi free of charge?
Yes – fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up) is included.
Do you offer corporate rates or long-stay prices?
Yes – corporate rates can be arranged with our Sales team by email at sales@the-flag.de or by phone at +49 69 943 409 913.
Invoice requests can also be sent via email to f5.home@the-flag.de.
Is a deposit required?
No – only in exceptional cases.

Parking & Arrival
Are parking spaces or an underground car park available?
Yes – parking is available for €20 per night.
How do I reach THE FLAG West M. by public transport?
Take the S-Bahn to Ostendstraße. From there, it is about a 7-minute walk (sometimes even quicker).
How far is it to the Messe or city centre?
We are located on the edge of the city centre:
– approx. 15 minutes on foot to the Römer
– approx. 20 minutes by train to Messe Frankfurt
Are electric charging stations available?
Yes – four charging points with 11 kW each.

Information about Serviced Living
What services are included in the price?
All utility costs as well as weekly cleaning.
Can I register my residence during my stay?
Yes – for stays of 30 nights or more, we can issue a landlord confirmation.
Do you offer special conditions for business guests?
Yes – these can be arranged individually with our sales department. For a suitable offer and further information, please contact our sales team directly by e-mail: sales@the-flag.de.
What distinguishes serviced apartments from a classic hotel stay?
All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and are significantly more spacious than standard hotel rooms.
Are there special rates for extended stays?
Yes, these are available for stays of 30 nights or more and can be booked via an enquiry or directly through our website.
Are baby cots or extra beds available, and what do they cost?
Baby cots are available free of charge and can be used in both the Standard and Executive categories. Extra beds (sofa beds) are only available in Standard categories and cost €40 per night, provided the additional person is not already included in the booking.
Is there luggage storage available at the hotel?
Yes — we offer luggage storage and are happy to take care of your luggage at the reception. Please note that luggage can only be stored on the day of departure and cannot be kept beyond that.
Can I receive packages at the hotel?
Yes — packages can be accepted at any time. Please make sure the name on the package matches the name on the reservation so we can clearly assign it.
