What apartment sizes and facilities does THE FLAG West M. offer?
We offer several categories of apartment ranging in size from approx. 23 m² to 36 m² – perfect for business travellers, short breaks or longer stays in Frankfurt. All apartments feature modern furnishings, high-quality materials and plenty of natural light. Depending on the category, you will find amenities such as double beds, seating areas, separate WCs, soundproofed walls, a Nespresso machine, a safe, a work desk and a smart TV.
Are there apartments with a balcony or a view?
There are no balconies, but many apartments offer a lovely view of the Frankfurt skyline.
Are accessible apartments available?
Yes, accessible apartments are available (subject to availability).
Is regular cleaning included?
Yes – every 3 days for short stays and every 7 days for long stays from 30 nights onwards.
What technical equipment is provided (Wi-Fi, smart TV etc.)?
All apartments offer complimentary Wi-Fi, a smart TV and an integrated sound system.

What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes – our reception is staffed 24/7, so late check-in is always possible.
Do you offer long-stay rates?
Yes – special long-stay rates are available from 30 nights.
Are pets allowed?
Yes – dogs are welcome for €20 per night.

Is breakfast available?
Yes – our partner restaurant Elaine’s offers breakfast for €23.90 per person.
Are there fitness or common areas?
Yes – a fitness room and our “Livingroom” lounge are available for coworking and relaxation.
How often is cleaning carried out?
Apartments are cleaned daily.
Can I have parcels delivered to the hotel?
Yes, parcel delivery is available.
Is there a lounge or communal space?
Yes – the Livingroom serves as both lounge and coworking area.
Costs & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and debit cards.
Is the Wi-Fi free of charge?
Yes – Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the building.
Do you offer corporate rates or long-stay prices?
Yes – we offer corporate agreements and long-stay discounts.
Is a deposit required?
No, although we reserve the right to request a deposit if necessary.
Parking & Arrival
Are parking spaces or an underground car park available?
Yes, but only in limited numbers. We recommend the “Opernturm” car park, which also offers an affordable night tariff.
How do I reach THE FLAG West M. by public transport?
Take the U-Bahn to Westend or the S-Bahn to Taunusanlage – both stations are just a short walk away.
How far is it to the Messe or city centre?
We are located directly in the city centre. Messe Frankfurt is approx. 15 minutes on foot.
Are electric charging stations available?
Yes – four charging points are available.
