Which apartment types are available?
We offer several categories for both short and long stays:

Do the apartments have their own kitchen or kitchenette?
Yes – all apartments include a kitchen or kitchenette, except the Business Twin Apartments.
Are accessible apartments available?
Yes – accessible apartments are available.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Every 3 days; for stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is carried out weekly.
What facilities are included in the apartment (Wi-Fi, TV, balcony etc.)?
-Kitchenette (except Business Twin) with ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and basic kitchen equipment (some with dishwasher)
-Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and daylight window
-Bed linen and towels
-Iron and ironing board
-Cable TV
-USB charging ports by the bed
-Safe
-Free Wi-Fi
-Some apartments include a balcony

How can I book – directly or through online portals?
By email, by phone, via our website or through booking portals.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
-Check-in: from 14:00
-Check-out: until 11:00
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes – on request and subject to availability.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes – for flexible rates, changes or cancellations are possible within the applicable conditions.
Can I book a long-term stay?
Yes – both short stays and long stays are available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes – on request and for an additional fee.

Is breakfast available?
Yes – both short stays and long stays are available.
Are there fitness or leisure facilities?
Yes – a fitness room is available to all guests.
How often are bed linen and towels changed?
During the cleaning service or on request.
Are laundry facilities or laundry service available?
Yes – a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, as well as an external laundry service (both available for a fee).
Can I receive parcels?
Yes – parcel delivery is possible.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes – on the day of arrival and departure.

Depending on the booking method and length of stay:

Is Wi-Fi free of charge?
Yes – throughout the building.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
Yes – it is included.
Are there price advantages for long-term stays?
Yes – the longer the stay, the lower the rate.
Is a deposit required?
No – but a credit card is required as guarantee.
Parking & Arrival
Are parking spaces or an underground car park available?
Yes – underground parking is available on request and for a fee.
What are the parking fees?
-€20 per night
-From 7 consecutive nights: €10 per night
-From 30 consecutive nights: €5 per night
Are charging stations for electric cars available?
Yes – eight parking spaces offer charging facilities.
How do I get from the airport or main station to the hotel?
-From the airport: direct connection with S1
-From the main station: S1 or Tram 20; or U3 to Olympia-Einkaufszentrum and then U1; or U3 to Scheidplatz and then U2

What is the difference between a hotel room and a serviced apartment?
Serviced apartments combine the privacy of a home with the services of a hotel. They are ideal for business travellers, expats and long-term stays, offering more space, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. Long-term stays also benefit from reduced rates compared to short stays.

Can I register my residence during my stay?
Yes – for stays of 30 nights or more, we can issue a landlord confirmation.

Yes, long-stay guests receive reduced rates and we can arrange tailored conditions for corporate clients.
