Spring
Awakening

A FRESH START FOR OUR WELLBEING

Spring is finally here: the days are getting longer, the sun appears more often, and the first early blossoms are adding colour to everyday life. With spring not only nature awakens – we, too, feel the desire for lightness, fresh energy and a gentle reset for body and mind.

While we tend to retreat during winter, spend more time indoors, and deal with cold temperatures and dry heating air that stress our skin and hair, spring offers the perfect opportunity to refresh routines and do something good for ourselves.

STARTING THE DAY WITH SUNLIGHT

A short walk in the morning right after getting up can work wonders. Natural daylight supports our circadian rhythm, brings the body back into its natural energy flow and lifts our mood almost effortlessly. It helps boost vitamin D levels and wakes us up gently and naturally. Just 10 minutes outdoors are enough to experience these positive effects.

INSTEAD OF DIETS: NOURISHING THE BODY

After winter, many people immediately think about spring diets. But what our body needs most during spring is: nutrients and plenty of hydration. Fresh vegetables, seasonal produce and lots of water support our metabolism – all without strict rules or restrictions. Better to strengthen than to limit. Proteins also play an important role now: they keep us full longer, stabilise blood sugar levels and help maintain and build muscle mass. A gentle yet effective way to support the body as we step into a new season.

SKIN GLOW FROM THE INSIDE & OUTSIDE

After winter, our skin often appears dull and dry, as cold air and heating air have drawn out moisture. This is a great time to support the skin both internally and externally. An antioxidant-rich diet with berries, citrus fruits, leafy greens or nuts helps neutralise free radicals and boost the skin’s natural regeneration process. Your skincare routine can also become lighter in spring: gentle exfoliation, lightweight hydrating textures and ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and ceramides that strengthen the skin barrier. This helps the complexion look clearer, fresher and more even again.

MOVEMENT OUTDOORS – BEST DONE TOGETHER

Spring invites us to spend more time outdoors again. Whether walking, cycling or outdoor workouts – exercising in the fresh air stimulates circulation and boosts energy. It becomes even more motivating when you’re not out there alone. Shared activities strengthen the feeling of connection, bring more lightness into everyday life and make it easier to sustain new routines. Perhaps now is also a good moment to reconnect with someone you haven’t seen in a while and get active together.

SPRING CLEANING FOR YOUR HOME AND YOUR MINDSET

Sorting things out, letting go of old burdens or reorganising rooms can create a surprising sense of clarity. It often feels as though fresh air flows not only through the home but through life itself. Three small questions help make more mindful decisions: “What is good for me? What do I need? And what can I let go of?” With every answer, everyday life feels a little lighter and more manageable. Less clutter means more space for calm, focus and the feeling of being grounded in the present moment.

SPRING BRINGS NEW VITALITY

Spring gives us the opportunity to be gentler with ourselves again. With a little light, fresh air and small moments of mindfulness, a sense of renewed vitality can unfold.
