In our restaurant Seven M., we are committed to the motto "from nature to plate" with passion for using fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients.
As a family business, we place great emphasis on the use of regional products. We are very consistent in this regard. Our products are sourced exclusively regionally within a radius of no more than 50 kilometers.

SEVEN M. has deliberately also chosen a vegan orientation. For us, the focus always is on making our dishes varied and exciting, even if they consist solely of green ingredients. We place great importance on using fresh and regional products.

Curious about the name Seven M.? THE FLAG is a family business based in Germany, founded by the Muhr family "M.". The parents and their 5 children "Seven" are still shareholders today. THE FLAG offers people a home at many locations tailored to their specific needs.


Our Chef

Our Chef David was born and raised in Valladolid Spain. He studied and started his career as a chef in his hometown before starting a professional journey through the main cities of Spain. During this time he has been able to gain many skills and experiences in different restaurants. Then, to broaden his culinary perspective, he traveled to London, Lucerne and Munich, where he was able to learn international recipes and practices. 

At Seven M. in THE FLAG Costa del Sol, you can enjoy dishes from his elegant and fun cuisine,which is healthy and digestible thanks to local products from the province of Málaga. Chef David and his team create a dynamic menu for you that is perfectly tuned for both the eye and the palate.


The design
at Seven M.

The SEVEN M. restaurant on the first floor of THE FLAG Costa del Sol was designed by the interior designers of the Studio Hick office.
The restaurant is divided into several areas:

  1.  The entrance and market area, where fruits, vegetables, and products from local orchards and producers are available.
  2. The open kitchen area, where innovative dishes are created by Chef David Aguado.
  3. The interior of the restaurant.
  4. And the covered outdoor area with a view of the pool.


The design

The interior designers aimed to create a restaurant that emphasizes healthy cuisine and sustainable enjoyment.
Traditional green ceramic tiles, typical of Andalusian architecture, give character to the bar. The combination of different types of wood creates space and contrast. The dark marble counter provides a presentable workspace for our chef and his team to showcase their artistic dishes to guests.

The selected furniture reflects the sophistication aimed for in food preparation. The use of dark violet velvet fabrics, natural leather, precise lighting elements, and dark-tinted oak wood creates a unique atmosphere in which to savor the delicious cuisine of the Costa del Sol.

For our interior design, we have chosen Scandinavian chairs from "Norman Copenhagen" and "Ferm Living" that combine Scandinavian style with simple elegance and functional design. The tables from "Midj" in Italy give SEVEN M. a timeless aesthetic in conjunction with craftsmanship and quality. We support local Spanish companies by incorporating tiles and lamps from "Mosaic Factory," "Marset," and "Faro," creating targeted accents that blend tradition and Mediterranean flair.
