From the very beginning, it's all about your wellbeing: In order to create the optimum conditions for a holistic and targeted wellbeing experience, we take a close look at your personal health status in advance.
Using questionnaires, consultations and modern diagnostic technology such as cardiovascular and metabolic analyses, we first determine your individual needs, requirements and optimisation needs. On this basis, you can then select the individual activities that are right for you or take part in our programmes.

Healthy nutrition, healthy body, healthy mind: you will receive a nutrition plan tailored to you, based on fresh regional products. Water and unsweetened teas are also available to you at all times.
Our Seven M. restaurant also invites you to enjoy healthy and fresh culinary delights. As a native Spaniard, head chef David Aguado knows the local delicacies inside out and prepares a variety of vegan dishes full of sophistication for you. Do you have any questions for David? Exercise keeps you young and is good for the body: fitness courses, running programs and training opportunities in and around our hotel offer you many opportunities to be physically active whatever your fitness level.
How about a stroll or morning jog on the beach, for example? A nature walk around idyllic Benahavís? Or complete a personal training programme tailored to you with a mix of cardio and strength exercises? And if you also feel like socialising: Why not attend one of our many group courses for Pilates, stretching or aqua fit?

Relaxed days require restful nights: Sleep is one of the most fundamental, important and beneficial states of rest that we know. It is directly linked to our physical and mental health and performance. In short: when we sleep, we can literally regenerate ourselves in a calm and peaceful way.
The right sleeping environment is therefore very important. With us, you can make yourself as comfortable as you need to be - for example with a selection of different pillows for the perfect reclining, leaning or resting position. And because the amount of light is also an important factor for a good night's sleep, blackout curtains are also part of your rooms.

Time and space for self-care: In everything you do, it is important to make sure you don't ignore your mental health. Regular time-outs for your own personal development are an integral part of your program with us.
Get to know other participants during group yoga, enjoy the refreshing benefits of a few laps in our pool - or relax in the hot steam of the sauna. The nearby Mediterranean also invites you to take long walks and offers unique moments and special scenery at any time of day.
